What to Expect
Exam Day Process

Check-in with our CSR Team Member who will get you checked in and in an exam room as soon as possible.

Answer the Technician's pre-exam questions and express any concerns that need to be addressed at today's visit including vaccines or bloodwork needed and any medications or preventatives that need to be refilled.

If curbside: the Technician will come out to get your pet(s) after their pre-exam phone call.

If your appointment is curbside, the doctor will call you after your pet's exam and discuss any necessary tests, treatments, etc., and reception will call to check you out

If inside, check out and then leave with your pet.
